History of the building: Don Innes started the Sexsmith Garage around 1930 and sold gas, oil, and serviced vehicles. He sold out to Louis Stogan and his sons (Charlie and Jerry ) and became a Chevrolet dealership in the mid 1950's. Jerry and his son Chuck became owners in the mid 1960's and with the recession of the 1980's the garage was finally closed.
