This Historic Building was built in 1956 as the new Rexall Drugstore on mainstreet Sexsmith. The Drug Store was co-owned by druggist Griff James and Bob Dowling, who served as the resident pharmacist. When the Rexall Drugstore eventually ceased to operatin Sexsmith, the building became the Sexsmith Wellness Centre. In 2024 it was home to Crafted Oak Tattoo.
