Another historic buildings on mainstreet Sexsmith is the building that was the office of Dr Dick McCrum and other Doctors, constructed in 1942. In 1936 it ws converted into a dentist office for Dr Dunbar. When he left in 1944, Dr Gamey set up his general medical practice there and in 1946 was joined by Dr McCrum. Dr McCrum retired in 1969 and the building became a beauty salon.
