Something you don't see everyday is a photo of a photographer in action. Here is Paul Pivert attending a function with camera in hand. This photo was taken March of 2013, by Ken Connors of "I knew Paul since 1973, when I bumped into him while I was working on CFGP Radio, Grande Prairie. He took a photo of me interviewing Colonel Sanders the founder of KFC, who visited Grande Prairie for the first time," Ken Connors. You can actually see that photo displayed on "Kens Radio Scrapbook" Click Here to see photo. Many of Paul Pivert's photos appeared in the Daily Herald Tribune over the years. In 2007 he donated thousands of his pictures that captured the history of Grande Prairie, to the South Peace Archives in Grande Prairie. He died of a heart attack at the age of 70 years.
