ARCHIVED PHOTO: Hannas Seeds was located in the central part of Clairmont, Alberta next to the railway tracks. In the 1970's Hannas Seeds purchased the grain cleaning plant in Clairmont and converted it to a fescue cleaning facility that operated for many years. That allowed it to expand its export market. It later sold to Cargill Grain and Continental Grain.
