A wheel of Brie Cheese pressed in crushed Pecans and oven-baked until soft & creamy. Served with Croustinis and a tart Cranberry Coulis. $8

Grand Mere:
Escargot sauteed in a Spicy Herb wine sauce then baked with a topping of Parmesan and Hollandaise sauce. $8

Chorizo Hot Pot:
Chorizo Sausage and Mussels steamed with sauteed Onion, Tomato and Bell Peppers. Served in a Spicy Garlic White Wine broth. $9

Garlic Prawn:
Jumbo Butterflied Prawns sauteed in creamy Garlic Butter, with a Garlic Wine Dipping sauce. $9

Blue Cheese encrusted Beef Tenderloin mirrored on a Cabernet Demi-Glace. Served with a Horseradish Mashed Potato.

 Beef Tenderloin lightly pressed in Cracked Pepper, Pan-Roasted and served on a bed of Basmati Rice with smooth Madagascar Green Peppercorn Sauce. $23

Cygnet Chicken:
 Our Signature Dish. A flattened Chicken Breast pocketed and stuffed with Sweet Ham and Creamy Swiss Cheese, breaded and topped with a Mushroom Cream. Served with a Rosemary Roasted Baby Potato. $19
Pork Tenderloin:
 Medallions of Pork Tenderloin pan-seared and oven roasted. Served over Himalayan Rice and topped with a Calvados Cream sauce. $20
